Such a great experience. I scheduled a consultation I wasn't quite sure what services I might need. Keysha, was very kind and knowledgeable. With her medical background I felt comfortable with the information she provided. I also appreciated her consideration in using tools and products that are "melanin-friendly ". I had my first microneedling treatment today and had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and well cared for. Keysha, who performed my treatment was amazing — she was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me throughout the entire process. She explained what to expect, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. It’s clear she is passionate about what she does and truly cares about her clients’ experience and results. I highly recommend this med spa and especially appreciate the exceptional care I received.
