What to Expect

Onda Pro treatments are comfortable from start to finish. You’ll feel a gentle warmth beneath the skin that gradually radiates upward as the handpiece glides smoothly over the treatment area — most clients describe it as a relaxing hot stone massage.

There’s no numbing required, no downtime, and no recovery. You can return to work, the gym, or your normal routine immediately after your session.

Sessions typically run between 15 minutes and 1 hour depending on the area being treated.

• Preparation: Drink plenty of water before your treatment. Skip moisturiser on the target area for a few days prior.
• Aftercare: Keep hydrated, massage the treated area as directed, avoid sun exposure and alcohol for 3–4 days, and hold off on strenuous exercise for 48 hours. Light movement like walking is not only fine — it’s helpful.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?
