Yes, when used correctly. RF microneedling can improve post-inflammatory pigmentation and melasma by triggering skin renewal and reducing inflammation, especially when combined with PDRN or exosomes.

Melasma can’t be permanently cured, but it can be significantly improved and managed with the right treatments like VI Peel, LaseMD, and topical support.

Most clients need a series of 3–4 treatments spaced a few weeks apart for best results, but we’ll create a plan that fits your skin’s needs and your lifestyle.
