How It Works

Ultra LaseMD uses a 1927nm thulium laser to create thousands of precise microchannels in the upper layers of skin. This stimulates cell turnover, enhances dermal absorption of serums, and boosts collagen production,all while keeping the surface intact.

It’s non-ablative, meaning it doesn’t remove skin,making it safe for all skin tones and ideal for clients who want results without downtime.

Unlike aggressive resurfacing lasers, Ultra offers visible improvement with little to no downtime, making it ideal for regular skin maintenance or treating early signs of aging.

Yes,unlike more aggressive lasers that can worsen melasma, Ultra uses lower energy and non-ablative heat to gently break up pigment over time. Our Melasma Protocol includes 6 specialized sessions spaced apart for maximum safety and gradual fading of pigmentation.

Both are Ultra LaseMD treatments but vary in depth and focus:
Zen Glow is a lighter treatment designed for radiance, tone, and texture—ideal for busy clients or regular maintenance.
Zen Renewal is a deeper laser pass that targets sun damage, fine lines, and crepey skin—great for rejuvenation of the face, neck, and chest.
Both are customizable and safe for all skin tones.

Clients describe it as a warm, prickly sensation that’s very tolerable. No numbing is usually required. Most sessions take 30–45 minutes, and there’s minimal redness afterward, usually lasting just a few hours.

Yes. Ultra is safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types (I–VI). Its non-ablative energy avoids triggering post-inflammatory pigmentation, making it one of the most inclusive fractional laser options available today.

You might experience a mild “sandpaper” texture or soft flaking for a few days. This is the skin renewing itself. You can wear makeup the next day and resume most normal activities immediately.
