Hyperdilute Radiesse is a modified version of the Radiesse® dermal filler. When diluted with saline and lidocaine, it works as a biostimulator—not a volumizer. Instead of filling lines, it stimulates your body to produce new collagen and elastin, improving skin firmness, thickness, and elasticity over time.

Discomfort is minimal. We use lidocaine in the dilution for comfort, and most treatments are done with a microcannula, which reduces bruising. Some clients may experience mild swelling or tenderness for 1–3 days, but you can return to most activities right away.

This treatment is incredibly versatile. We use it to tighten and smooth:
The neck (for crepiness and tech lines)
Décolleté (for chest wrinkles and sun damage)
Jawline and lower face

Traditional Radiesse is injected to add volume to areas like cheeks or nasolabial folds. Hyperdilute Radiesse is thinned out, allowing it to spread across broader zones to stimulate collagen without bulk. The goal is improved skin quality, not contouring.

Absolutely. For enhanced results, we often combine Hyperdilute Radiesse with Morpheus8 RF microneedling for deeper tightening, or with LaseMD for texture and pigmentation. We may also recommend Exosomes or PDRN as add-ons to accelerate healing and collagen regeneration.
